2.Working principle of limestone sand maker:

Materials entering into the machine from the hopper and are divided into two parts by the distributor,one part entering into the high speed rotating impeller through the middle of distributor,they speed up rapidly in the impeller, the acceleration is hundreds times than the gravity acceleration.then with speed of 60-70m/s,it will be thrown out from the three flow groove of the impeller.Firstly round by distributor with the falling material impact crushing, then with a shock to the vortex cavity in lining materials,rebounded by material layer,oblique shock to move upward at the top of the cavity vortex,and change the direction of movement,deflection downward motion,the material-flow out of the impeller to form a continuous materials. the material will suffer twice or more chances of friction and grinding crushing effect in the crushing cavity vortex, the broken material will put out by bottom material discharging port.in the whole broke process, material impact crushing mutual itself, no direct contact with the metal components, but with material layers friction and crushing to grind. this can reduce the pollutionextended the wear time. vortex flow inside the cavity of airflow self-circulation, eliminate the dust pollution.
